   There was supposed to be some legal action in rewgards to recouping the costs of the sets (which were built by volunteers and donations) and just as there was supposed to be a settlement the webpage disappeared and those of us who were supposed to be working on this never heard another word. It would be shameful if there WAS a settlement and somebody took the money and ran (especially since it wasnt their money to begin with)

   The film never got past post production. They lost there lease or something and all the sets were destroyed so, it never got filmed. I guess it will be upto someone else

   Just a shame it’s co-conspirator, Mr Kerezman (the one with the beard) seems to be a con artist. He’s diddled me out of over $1000 and refuses to refund me. Nice chap. If anyone has any urges to buy a costume, patch or anything from Joseph Kerezman or “Captain America” so he calls himself on ebay or even costumecostumecostume dot com, I’d think twice. It’s not just me. Google his name then Matt Thorn for a nice long epic sage of deceit.
