Kirk/Spock (Star Trek 2009) – You & I


SLASH vid! PLOT:READ BEFORE VIEWING! Jim has broken up with Spock but is concealing his still strong love for him by acting arrogant, which of course makes Spock confused and nonplussed. They find themselves arguing with eachother about this but Pike steps in as a mediator between them. Later Spock tells Jim that, due to Jim’s odd behaviour lately, he has logically assumed that Jim had cheated on him just before their relationship ended. Jim cannot deny this. Spock is haunted and disgusted by the picture in his mind of Jim in bed with someone else, so in a classical vulcan way he’s repressing his emotions. He confronts Jim as nothing has happened, which is ridiculous to the captain who’s still wearing the fake face of “suite yourself”. Another quarrel later there’s an akward atmosphere between them which is starting to break down Jim’s coolness as Spock emotionlessly tells him that he’s not in love with him anymore. Now, furious, Jim confronts Spock ruthlessly just to get a emotional response from him, making Spock feel just as heart broken as himself. But Spock already does, and they end up in a brutal fight. Because of this Jim realises what he have wasted and now lost forever. Spock’s love and friendship. He’s finally breaking down looking back at everything they’ve shared. But it’s too late.
